matt, yes, I want business owners who employ illegals to be prosecuted. When did I ever say I didn’t? That is, all business owners, not just white ones. (Who was tossing around the racist label here? Kettle, pot is calling.)

Yes, when the policy makers who are trying to subvert the existing laws try to stop enforcement of those laws, then they are breaking the law and should be punished. I cannot call a system that is not being used broken,but you seem to have no trouble doing so.

And yes, I am angry about illegal immigration (not legal immigration) of any kind – from South America, Europe, Asia, Africa or anywhere else.

Some folks sure like to inflame the discussions by declaring that others are ANTI-IMMIGRATION! Read my keys – I am anti-ILLEGAL immigration, and I don’t understand having a value system that is not anti-illegal everything.

Only one of us commented on a specific race who should be cracked down on, and it wasn’t me. You should be ashamed of yourself for accusing me of being racist without anything to back it up. It’s incorrect, inflammatory, and insulting.

Do you judge the multitudinous white business owners who employ illegal immigrants as breaking the laws of our nation as well? Are they equally culpable in this supposed scourge on our country? What about the policy makers who have failed to fix a broken immigration system? Are they as much a part of the problem, or is it just these brown-skinned poor people that we want to keep off our lands? Do you honestly know someone who is angry about immigration who is not also a bit of a racist?

matt, thanks for the well thought out and logically argued statement. The information you used to back it up has thoroughly convinced me that you are correct.

On second thought (which is two more than you had), you actually don’t have a clue, do you? Does it make you feel good to post intellectually empty and antagonistic messages? Then keep it up! It’s all about each of us doing whatever it takes to boost our egos and pump ourselves up.

Some of us can judge people not by the color of their skin or their nation of origin, but instead by whether or not they obey the laws of our nation.

And you just call people names. Congratulations. I’m so proud of you.

Dave in #2 is misleading (probably not a big surprise to most). The Mecca quote was more or less a rehashing of the MAD doctrine; Tancredo had been asked what he’d do if several U.S. cities were wiped out by nuclear devices. Apparently the Democratic response to such an event would be a sharply-worded letter to the U.N.

The quote Dave provides is, of course, taken out of context. Tancredo wasn’t referring to all immigrants, only criminals and terrorists hiding within the flow of illegal aliens: 24ahead.com/blog/archives/007282.html

Nothing will change. Only the faces in office. The Feds have the immigration system exactly where they want it, mass illegal alien voter fraud, a permanent underclass of exploitable slave labor and the taxpayers subsidizing it all.

If you don’t like it you will need to find another country. This one has been sold out.

We have so many traitors to the citizenry in the U.S. Some of them are called businessmen. Some are called “representatives”. It is outrageous that congress has given La Raza millions of dollars of the American taxpayers money, without ever consulting with those taxpayers. And what is even more amazing is that the U.S. taxpayer takes it all lying down. Millions upon millions of Iranians protested the result of Irans election. These people could be shot, by that government, yet they stil made their voices heard. Here in the U.S. we have the right to protest and are protected from all the things third world nations do to their citizenry. Yet, not a peep, not a sound from the U.S. citizenry on the most important issues affecting their nation. including illegal immigration and amnesty for illegal aliens. It’s mindboggling how low we have fallen.
