		<description>Will the state fire the inspectors it no longer needs or did their job just get easier?  And the revenue comes out of the citizen&#039;s pocket.  Condo fees will be on the rise.

In some ways we will all get stiffed with the bill.  Get it. &#039;Stiffed&#039; with the &#039;bill&#039;. I so funny.</description>

		<description>The number of elevator deaths in Northern Harford County recently is staggering. I can&#039;t tell you how many farmers and homeowners in Northern Harford County have been clamoring for this type of legislation. Way to go!

During the nearly 10 years covered, the CPSC reported 56 non-work related deaths of elevator passengers – about six per year – in 21 states and the District of Columbia: California (2 deaths), District of Columbia (5), Florida (4), Illinois (3), Indiana (1), Louisiana (1), Maine (1), Michigan (3), Minnesota (3), Missouri (1), North Carolina (2), New Jersey (4), New York (12), Ohio (2), Pennsylvania (4), Rhode Island (1), South Dakota (1), Tennessee (1), Texas (2), Virginia (1), West Virginia (1), and Wisconsin (1).</description>

Great use of tax payers $$$$$$$$   JUST what we need more governmental oversight and besides there is a daily occurrence of elevator accidents thanks for making Maryland not only a safer place but even more regulatory</description>
