From Harford Campaign For Liberty:
Campaign for Liberty is a grassroots 501 (c)3 organization. As a 501 (c)3 organization Campaign For Liberty does not put forward candidates for political office nor does it endorse candidates.
There has been recent discussion in The Dagger & other forums that Delegate Rick Impallaria has “handpicked Campaign For Liberty candidates” in Harford County. Delegate Impallaria neither directs nor has a leadership role in the Harford Campaign For Liberty.
Several members of the Campaign for Liberty are seeking elected office but these actions are independent of the organization as a whole.
Campaign for Liberty has been at the forefront of the Tea Party movement in Harford County. While the Tea Party message is evolving there are issues that overlap between the mission of Campaign For Liberty and other groups.
The Campaign for Liberty is founded on the core principles of individual Liberty, limited constitutional government, sound money, free markets & non-interventionist foreign policy which is accomplished through educational activity and political activism.
With a consistent attendance of 180-200 people at its monthly meetings occurring the 4th Tuesday of each month at the Knights of Columbus Hall located at 23 Newport Drive Forest Hill, Campaign for Liberty is the largest political-educational organization with regular meetings in Harford County.
