frankly speaking says
Table games should be next and daily raffles so that tea baggies can now demand elimination of all taxes as an inmoral redistribution of income from the haves (them) to the poor (the middle class). Our police dept should respond to calls with a credit card reader, so citizens can be billed on demand after an accident. The fire dept and emergency operations should depend on the charity and generosity by going to the mall with offering plates so that the county can maintain those depts, or bette yet why don’t we just outsource the emergency calling center to Asia where a bowl of rice and some broth is still considered a fair wage. Another idea would be that you’d have to listen to a commercial before you can receive services from the county. After we implement those ideas, we can really call Maryland the Free State!!!!.
