From the Harford County Sheriff’s Office:
Harford County Sheriff’s Office deputies received a report for a stolen credit card from a purse that occurred at Panera Breads in Bel Air, MD on April 14th sometime between 12.30 p.m. and 1 p.m. The victim recalled being bumped by a Hispanic male between 5’1” and 5’7” tall with black hair. He was wearing a gray or light colored shirt.
The victim’s credit card was used fraudulently at a variety of stores in Harford County, Md. and the Wilmington, Del. area on April 15, 2011. The individuals in the photos purchased several high-dollar electronics, clothing and gift cards with the victim’s credit cards. The persons in the photo are described as a well dressed Hispanic male with black hair and a Hispanic female with short brown hair carrying a large purse with two white stripes down the side.
In addition to the photos, investigators have determined that the suspects appear to be using a newer model Toyota Corolla with New York license plates containing the letter “F” and possibly the numerical digits “47”. They are believed to be connected with a similar theft that occurred at a Panera Breads in Glen Burnie, Md. Investigators also suspect that the individuals depicted in the photos are traveling the I-95 corridor targeting customers of this restaurant.
