From Harford County Public Schools:
HCPS General Counsel, Patrick Spicer, Esq., has recently hit the shelves of the Harford County Public Library Bel Air branch. His short story, “Spooze’s Shack – A Story of Harford County” will be featured on the local author shelf in the library’s Maryland Room.
The book tells the story of two young boys in Harford County, who during the summer of 1968 became friends with a reclusive man who has a long-held secret.
Mr. Spicer has also published a two volume Harford Historical Bulletin entitled “Decade of Delay: The Desegregation of the Harford County Public Schools.”

What a true talent we have in Harford County. Patrick is complete person who is always giving back to the community with his books. Patrick builds strong bonds with Central Office employees and keeps those personal relationships even after that employee moves in the system. He is very committed to his goals. Congrats of setting your sight and honing in on your new conquest all while keeping a view of the Ethic rules for the schools. This Bud’s for you “Patrick on the prowl”

Well, I read but apparently cannot write. I mean to say “Can’t wait to read this!”. Enjoyed your history of desegregation, Mr. Spicer.
