The Bel Air Town Commissioners will hold a public hearing Monday night on a resolution which would amend the town’s development regulations to expand the definition of “family” to include those residing within a non-profit facility.
The town commissioners are also expected to introduce a resolution for a $200,000 Community Legacy Grant and accept the 2011 Harford County Annual Growth Report.
Also on the agenda, the town commissioners will present a proclamation of recognition to the Hickory Hornets and will vote on re-appointments to the Board of Appeals and Historic Preservation Commission.
The town commissioners will also vote on bids for the purchase of a “Speed Awareness Trailer” and a pick-up truck, a contract for the cleaning of Town Hall ducts, a contract for paving and site work, and will discuss culvert utility easements for Lanahan and the Plumtree Square Condominium Council.
The meeting begins at 7:30 p.m. in Bel Air Town Hall.
