Farmer in the Dell says
I guess they don’t like ‘Farmers” cause the Mrs.Framer in the Dell wanted to do this, It is a shame but that is Ok other folks like Mrs Dell to help them raise money.
Ryan says
The organization receives hundreds of self-nominations to dance in the gala each year. You’re not alone in that you weren’t selected. But, your accusation that they don’t like farmers is completely ridiculous. Every year, there is usually a farmer dancing. Martha Hopkins danced this year. The Dancing for the Arts committee tries to select a diverse group of individuals. But, if you’re really interested in volunteering or contributing to the Center for the Arts, I’d recommend looking on the website (centerfortheartsharford.org) to find out how!
