The Harford County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Laron Tavonte Bell, last seen on Saturday, September 8, 2012. Mr. Bell lives with his grandmother in the 3700 block of Trailwood Court in Abingdon, MD.
He is described as a 22-year old black male. He is 5’4” tall, weighing approximately 145 lbs with black hair, brown eyes. When he was last seen, he was reported to be wearing a black tee shirt and blue jeans.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of the individual seen is encouraged to contact the Harford County Sheriff’s Office Detective Andrew Lane at 410-836-5431.
Anyone with information regarding the crime who wishes to remain anonymous may report their information through the following methods listed below. Qualifying tips submitted to the tip lines below that lead to a conviction may be eligible for up to $ 2,000.00 in rewards.

He is actually ~146lbs instead of ~145, and was wearing flip-flops instead of slippers.

YES it is still considered missing. I pray you never have to not know what happens to you loved ones. If you couldn’t find a parent are they not missing just because they’re an adult.

Anyone who knows Laron (littles) the way my family, his family, and his friends do would know that he does not usually do this. He would never unexpectedly leave his daughter and girlfriend at her house without saying something. If he knew he would be leaving for a while he would have brought his clothes, phone charger and house keys. The only things missing were himself and what was in his pocket. His phone and wallet. Point of comment: have more respect than posting sarcastic comments. If you dont have anything helpfull or nice to say then dont even bother. You make youreself seem unintelligent and rude.

Another example of how much Harford County loves to hate it’s teachers-blame Ashley’s diatribe on Harford County Public Schools.
You assume that Ashley’s language and writing is a product of a classroom?! That a teacher would find that acceptable?! I doubt there’s a classroom in the entire state where that would be acceptable to a teacher, but that kind of language and hostility is something many teachers battle in their classroom with in regard to some students that use it to engage in a power struggle for control of the classroom.
Ashley is a product of his/her parents (or most likely the streets where that type of persona is considered “cool”) … not the classroom.
It’s a two part process. A teacher can try to educate, but the student also has to be willing to learn.

Nah, we don’t totally blame the schools. The parents had to work real, real hard as well to get the result we are seeing. And we did say FAILURE to get an education. We know it was available to her and that, for the most part, the failure was hers.

I am extremely concerned about this man. As a father, husband, and friend, I can understand the deepest amount of pain and trauma that goes hand-in-hand with missing persons. It sucks.
