Its funny how your average neighborhood youth can transform into the highest danger to the communitys. I had a high regaurd for this young fellow in the photo. Mr. Fox was a coach for a baseball team when I first spoke with him. He was well spoken and had a lot of integrity about himself. I would have never believed someone like that could be involved with gangs or drugs.
