I sure hope this was a “possible” rabid animal call, and hopefully to a non-emergency number.
I agree, what is up with the “suspicious” paranoia that is going around? Dial the Police when someone pulls over to make a phone call on the side of the right at night?
For a lot of suspicious people, how many were actually found, and up to no good?
Maybe somebody with a lot of free time could track the number of suspicious person/vehicle calls versus the number of calls reporting theft from yards/garages by area. Intuitively, one would think that areas where people are more prone to report suspicious activity would have less sneak thief crimes.
