The Havre de Grace Annual Meeting will be held in January. Further details about the meeting will be forthcoming to the membership in the near future.
At this time, in keeping with Article VII, Section 4 of the Havre de Grace Main Street, Inc. By-laws, the Nominating Committee is developing a list of nominees for the Main Street Board. The By-laws require that this list be sent to the membership no later than forty-five (45) days prior to the Annual Meeting.
To meet this requirement, the Nominating Committee is now calling for all members interested in being nominated to the Main Street Board to self-nominate or nominate another interested party.
Nominations for new board members may be submitted by Havre de Grace Main Street members in good standing for consideration on the ballot. To check on your membership status or to submit nominations, contact Matt Kriegl, Main Street Manager, at 410-939-1811 or email@example.com.
Therefore, if you want to serve on the Havre de Grace Main Street Board of Directors or know someone that is interested, now is the time to get them on the ballot!
