What’s significant is 10 alcohol or drug induced overdoses and 2 drug omplaints in Harford townships with the most (4 OD’s)in Belair, (3 OD’s) Forest Hill, (2 OD’s) in Joppa and (1 (OD) in Edgewood. If, there’s enough to tally there’s a mask of a larger problem.

There’s another article referring the reform of the methadone program. The answer to that one is that methadone doesn’t work.

Here’s the facts. It’s a synthetic heroin high, the peak last longer, needle freaks rather shoot it than swallow it, and it is traded (dope curreny) for real heroin or oxy on the street. Therefore, why enable addictiveness? The claim that it weens people off heroin is ridiculous. Prove it.
