UPDATE: Consquella Zebley Frieswyk of Bel Air was killed in a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Route 24 and Wheel Road Wednesday morning, Maryland State Police said early Thursday.
Frieswyk died at approximately 1 p.m. Wednesday, according to Lt. Matthew Kail, commander of the Bel Air Barrack. Police had not been able to immediately confirm her status Wednesday night.

On 3/13/13 at approximately 0817 hours troopers from the Bel Air Barrack responded to the intersection of MD 24 @ Wheel Road, Bel Air MD for a serious motor vehicle collision.
Upon arrival the observed two vehicles in the median. After a preliminary investigation it was revealed vehicle no. 1, a 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe, Florida Reg. AFZP68, operated by Robert Corbin of Newport, RI was driving southbound MD 24 at Wheel Road. Vehicle no. 2, a 2012 Subaru Outback, Maryland Reg. 1AR7349, operated by Consquella Zebley Frieswyk of Bel Air, MD was driving east bound Wheel Road at MD 24.
Vehicle No. 2 was traveling through the intersection on a green traffic signal. Vehicle No. 1 failed to stop for a steady red signal at the intersection, striking vehicle no. 2 on the driver side door. Both vehicles then traveled off the roadway into the median, coming to rest in a ditch.
Both the driver and passenger of vehicle no. 1 were transported to Upper Chesapeake with non-life-threatening injuries and are in stable condition. The driver of Vehicle no. 2 was transported to Upper Chesapeake with life-threatening injuries and is currently in critical and unstable condition.
The crash is currently being investigated by TFC Amoroso of the Maryland State Police Bel Air Barrack. The Reconstructionist is Cpl. J. Wargo.
