YOUTHS BENEFIT ELEMENTARY SCHOOL: Located on the north side of Fallston Road (Route 152); east of Pleasantville Road. Tax Map 47; Parcel 228. Third Election District. Council District B. Construct Youths Benefit Elementary School; 25.70 acres; AG.
EVA MAR – CONCEPT: Located on the east side of North Fountain Green Road (Route 543); north of Amyclae Drive. Tax Map 41. Parcel 131. Third Election District. Council District E. Continuing Care Retirement Community & 144 residential lots; 152.574 acres.
OAK GROVE BAPTIST CHURCH: Located on the north west corner of Churchville Road (Route 22) and Thomas Run Road. Tax Map 42; Parcel 360. Third Election District. Council District E. Construct 43,100 sf addition to church & increase school students to 330.

The Baptist church wants a 43000 square foot addition to bring in an additional 330 students? Has anyone seen the traffic in that area? Every morning and evening it’s gridlock. If there were an emergency now it would take like 3 days to get to upper Chesapeake. With the declining enrollment in public schools is this really necessary?. Come on people lets flood the DAC meeting because next thing you know they are going to want to cut down their trees……
