From Harford County government:
The Harford County Department of Community Services Local Management Board presented 16 awards to nominated professionals, volunteers, and youth in the community who went above and beyond the call of duty to help children.
This year marks the Local Management Board’s second annual Champions for Children and Youth Ceremony.
