(Bel Air, MD) – – The Harford County Department of Public Works will host a public hearing to discuss the closure of the abandoned portion of Old Chelsea Road in Perryman. The meeting takes place at the Department of Public Works at 212 South Bond Street, Third Floor, Bel Air, Maryland on November 20, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. before the Harford County Road Closing Committee.
Harford County Department of Public Works recommends the formal closure of the abandoned portion of Old Chelsea Road in Perryman, traversing the property of RELP Aberdeen, LLC, Maryland. DPW recommends the owners of the property receive documentation from Harford County releasing all rights to the right-of-way.
The public can make comments on the petition to close the road. Citizens can send written comments to the Department of Public Works, Division of Highways and Stormwater Management, 212 South Bond Street, Third Floor, Bel Air, Maryland 21014 by November 13, 2014 if you are unable to attend the public hearing.
Residents can review the plats and plans for the proposed closing at the Department of Public Works, 212 South Bond Street, Third Floor, Bel Air, Maryland between 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
