This is truly sad, but even more disturbing is the fact this is the second suicide in this area of Bel Air parking garages. There was one in October 2014.

That’s right, Ron.
“On October 15, 2014 at approximately 10:30 a.m., the Bel Air Police Department responded to Courtland Ave to investigate the report of an injured woman. Bel Air Police Officers immediately provided first aid and the Bel Air Volunteer Fire Company ambulance transported the woman, a Bel Air resident, to Upper Chesapeake Hospital where she was pronounced deceased.”

Unless they found a note, I would initially investigate it as a homicide.
