Turning Towers Into Trees And Other Amendments To Harford’s Zoning Code

On Tuesday night, the Harford County Council convened to consider amendments to the proposed update to the county Zoning Code. Early Wednesday morning, and 136 or so amendments later, the county council adjourned – leaving the rest of us with 105 pages of much-needed, controversial, long-time-coming, ill-conceived and incomprehensible amendments to sift through.
