Bush Plans Military Attack On Iran
May 20, 2008
Tuesday an official in Jerusalem stated that President George W. Bush and Vice President Dick Cheney have plans to attack Iran sometime in the next few months. It is claimed this information came from a senior official in Bush’s entourage in a closed meeting while Bush was is Israel last week.
Bush and Cheney reportedly said the spread of turmoil in Lebanon and strengthening of Hezbollah has shown Iranian involvement and calls for military action. Currently Defense Secretary Robert Gates and Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice have been the two main components of the administration holding the attack on Iran back.
Military action against Iran is expected to take place sometime before the end of the Bush administration’s term.
