William S. James Elementary School in Abingdon was locked down by the Harford County Sheriff’s Office early Friday afternoon as a precautionary measure after a nearby bank was robbed.
Police said Harford Bank was robbed Friday afternoon and a suspect fled in the direction of the elementary school, prompting the lockdown.

The male subject in the included photos is being sought for questioning in connection with an armed robbery that occurred on December 5, 2008 at approx 12:40 pm at the Harford Bank located in the 2900 Block of Emmorton Road, Abingdon, MD.
The black male is described as medium build in his mid-twenties wearing a dark blue coat, dark skull cap, and bandanna. He displayed a black in color handgun, robbed the bank and fled with an undisclosed amount of cash towards Abingdon Road.

Have to disagree with you Dave. Desperate times makes good people do bad things sometimes. It’s hard watching your family go hungry.
Just to clarify, I don’t think the person who robbed this bank was a “good” person
and guess the persuasion … how much longer do we have to put up with these domestic terrorists before we can just shoot at will
If we gave every cop in the country one “summary execution” every year, we could eliminate a lot of the scum who make our society less decent.

Can’t they tap into the GPS systems on the cellphones in that area that day and rule out the ones from the employees and be able to pinpoint the actual people robbing these banks and stores. The world is getting riducilous and Harford County is becoming a scary place to live! Seems like they can tap into so much things but the basic ideas seem to hard to figure out.
