The 2009 Harford County Delegation Outstanding Scholar Dinner will take place tomorrow, Wednesday, May 6th at 6:00 p.m. at Level Volunteer Fire Company in Havre de Grace. The event will honor the top five seniors from each of Harford County’s public and private high schools.
