Bel Air MD (July 8, 2009) – The Center for the Arts will host a meeting for artists, art businesses, and art organization members on Monday, July 20, 2009 from 5:30 -7 p.m.
The meeting will be held at Broom’s Bloom Dairy located at 1700 S. Fountain Green Road. The topic will be “IMAGINE- A CENTER FOR CREATIVITY- HOW CAN I MAKE THE CENTER FOR THE ARTS A REALITY?”

CENTER FOR THE ARTS MEMBERS WIN TICKETS TO THE NATIONAL BROADWAY TOUR OF “GREASE”
Bel Air, MD (July 9, 2009) – The Center for the Arts congratulates Abbie & Gerry Grimes on winning two tickets to the National Broadway Tour of “Grease” starring American Idol winner Taylor Hicks at The Academy of Music in Philadelphia. All new members who joined between May 15th and June 30th were entered to win opening night tickets as well as a backstage tour and gift package.
“We are so pleased that Abbie & Gerry Grimes are the recipients of the tickets. Gerry is a member of the Bay County Gentlemen who have been great supporters of the Center for the Arts since the beginning,” said Sallee Kunkel Filkins, Executive Director of the Center for the Arts.
