From Harford County government:
The closure of a portion of Bynum Road will be the subject of a public meeting before the Harford County Road Closing Committee. The hearing shall be held in the Harford County Council Chambers located at 212 S.Bond Street, Bel Air, Maryland, on September 2, 2010 at 6:00 PM.
The closure will extend from the southwest corner of the property located at 505 Granary Road, owned by Caldicot, Bynum, LLC and also known as Parcel 35 shown on Tax Map 41, in an easterly direction approximately 285 feet to the end of the cul-de-sac.
Comments from the public will be received at that time on the petition to close the road. For those individuals who may not be able to attend, written comments maybe sent to the Department of Public Works, Division of Highways and Water Resources, 212 S. Bond Street, Third Floor, Bel Air, Maryland 21014, by August 26,2010.
Plats and/or plans for the proposed closing may be reviewed at the Department of Public Works, 212 S. Bond Street, Third Floor, Bel Air, Maryland, anytime between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
