Faith Communities and Civic Agencies United (FCCAU) is a faith based and civic organization that provides and advocates for a continuum of services designed to reduce the incidence and burdens of homelessness in Harford County. FCCAU operates the Welcome One Fellowship Center in Edgewood, the Welcome One Emergency Shelter in Riverside and a transitional housing program. Started in 1999 as a church-run rotating shelter during the winter months, FCCAU has grown to an organization providing numerous services to the community – last year over 340 homeless individuals received services from FCCAU programs.
FCCAU is a partner with the Harford County Department of Community Services working to meet the needs of Harford County’s homeless. The board of directors and dedicated staff of FCCAU are excited about the new opportunities and relationships that Ms. Moscariello will forge in the days and months ahead.
