Man Stabbed Multiple Times by Roommate in Abingdon Apartment

From the Harford County Sheriff’s Office:

[March 15, 2013, Edgewood, MD] — at approximately 9:45 p.m. Harford County Sheriff’s deputies responded to the 100 block of Waldon Road, in Abingdon, for a report of a stabbing.

Upon arrival deputies discovered a fight had occurred between two roommates. The victim, a 27 year old male, was found to have been stabbed multiple times. He was treated by paramedics from the Abingdon Volunteer Fire Company and subsequently transported by Maryland State Police Medivac to University of Maryland Shock Trauma. His condition is not known.

His roommate, also a 27 year old male, was taken into custody by deputies. The investigation is ongoing. No further information is available at this time.
