Does it really matter? It would appear to me, that existing zoning laws can be changed on a whim in backwoods Hazzard.
I hope they open a gay-marriage wedding chapel with a Maryland MVA satellite facility for illegal immigrants to obtain drivers licenses while obtaining “medical” marijuana in a drive-thru window on their way to gas pumps with a $.42 increase per gallon, offset of course by their Independence cards.
All of this is okay with me, SO LONG AS IT IS NOT A WAL-MART!!!

How often do you harvest hookers? What is the planting season? Does the Department of Agriculture have any subsidies for farming them?
Hank says
It depends on the hooker, but probably several times a day all year round.
I don’t think you want to harvest any Harford County hookers even if they are subsidized, though.
