From Harford County government:
Nominations are being accepted to fill one vacancy and one alternate member to the Property Tax Assessment Appeal Board for Harford County. The Board is comprised of three regular members and one alternate member.
Those interested in being considered for the Property Tax Assessment Appeal Board must be a resident of Harford County.
Members to the Board are recommended by the County Executive and appointed by the Governor for a term of five years.
To be considered for appointment as either a member or alternate to the Property Tax Assessment Appeal Board, citizens must send a letter of interest to Harford County Executive David R. Craig, Harford County Government Administration Building, 220 South Main Street Bel Air, Maryland 21014. Nominations must be received not later than Tuesday, April 23, 2013.
