Public hearings will be held before the Zoning Hearing Examiner for
CASE NO. 5822: DOUGLAS VERZI & HIGH’S OF BALTIMORE – 4101 Madonna Road, Jarrettsville: Variance/special exception, proposed for the Fourth Election District, 4101 Madonna Road, Jarrettsville, by DOUGLAS VERZI & HIGH’S OF BALTIMORE. Appealed because an enlargement of a non-conforming use, pursuant to Section 267-21 of the Harford County Code, and a variance from Section 267-59C(7)(a), to permit an existing fuel pump to be located 4 feet from the road right-of-way (25 feet required) in the B3 District, requires approval by the Board of Appeals.
