The 15th annual Cal Ripken World Series (CRWS) will take place from Friday, Aug. 8 – Saturday, Aug. 16 at the Ripken Experience powered by Under Armour complex in Aberdeen, Md. The CRWS is where the world comes to play, the Ripken Way, and is the culminating tournament of the Babe Ruth League’s 12u Cal Ripken Division.
All fans in attendance on Friday, August 8 will have the opportunity to participate in a GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS™ title for Most People Blowing a Bubble Gum Bubble Simultaneously. The current title was achieved with 544 people, set June 6, 2013 by the Lester B. Pearson School in Aurora, Ontario, Canada.
The CRWS unites the 10 best teams from across the United States, with 8 international teams, including newly added New Zealand and Puerto Rico. All games are played on the innovative fields at the Ripken Experience powered by Under Armour complex, including the one-of-a-kind Cal Sr.’s Yard, a two-thirds replica of Camden Yards.
