Just what we need, another church in Harford County.
Correct. We do need more churches.
I know you were being sarcastic but you ended up looking like a moron.
Gooter is correct, most don’t even go to the churches we have.
Right, Alex, I am the moron. Why do we need a new church? What, on God’s green Earth, do they do for the surrounding community?
Suddenly boost real estate prices? NO
Suddenly help the surrounding community rid itself of crime? NO
Suddenly ease the already burdened county roadways? NO
Support local businesses? NO
Support the county overall with increased tax revenues? NO
No, a new church does nothing but add another massive building – that, althought may be pretty pleasing to the eye – does nothing to support the overall community. There are no increased tax revenues seen by the county as churches have their beloved “non-profit” status, while the pastor / priest / father lives in a $900K house in Willow Chase or Glen Angus.
I think the community would be better served with another Fire Station – or perhaps yet another Walgreens? You know we cannot go too far for our prescription medication, the kind that stops us from being morons.
No, instead we will all drive by during times of worship and notice that the parking lot is half-full, and that nobody really seems to be going to mass any longer – they are probably at the other 5,000 churches throughout the area.
Gooter…you are clueless…..
