From the Harford County Sheriff’s Office:
(December 15, 2014— Abingdon, MD) The Harford County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance in obtaining information regarding a shoplifting at the Wegmans on Wegmans Blvd in Abingdon. The incident occurred shortly after 9 p.m. on December 7.
The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 6’ tall with a slim build. He was wearing a brown baseball cap, plaid button up shirt, black jacket and blue jeans. The suspect fled the scene in a white Chevrolet Ventura Van model year somewhere between 1997-2000.
Anyone with investigative information regarding this incident is encouraged to contact Deputy VanHelten of the Harford County Sheriff’s Office at 410-612-1717.

Well, you definitely are out of your mind. There is a big difference between someone stealing to eat and someone robbing a bank or store at gunpoint. I’m not condoning theft, but you gotta eat.
