Councilman Garner loved people and put his heart into making Aberdeen a great place to live and raise a family. He worked hard to make sure we in City government planned for the future as well as taking care of business every day. Councilman Garner served his city well, and was a great friend that will truly be missed. – Mayor Michael E. Bennett
