[March 12, 2015, Bel Air, MD] Members of the Harford County Sheriff’s Office Warrant Unit arrested multiple suspects at locations throughout Harford County recently as part of Sheriff Jeffrey R. Gahler’s ongoing commitment to fighting the threat of heroin in our communities.
Spencer Tyler Panuska, 21, of Bel Air, Richard O’Neal Lindsey, 30, of Aberdeen, Abbe Ismail Aina, 22, of Aberdeen and Phillip Anthony Mach, 29, of Edgewood, were each indicted by a Grand Jury in Harford County after investigations into heroin distribution conducted by the Harford County Narcotics Task Force. Charges were for the distribution of heroin, conspiracy to distribute heroin, possession with the intent to distribute heroin, and possession of heroin.
Panuska, Lindsey and Mack were arrested without incident and taken before a Harford County Court Commissioner. Lindsey and Mack have been released after posting a $50,000 bail. Panuska is being held on $50,000 bond. The Warrant Unit continues to search for Aina whose last known address is 31 Roosevelt Avenue, Apartment F1, Aberdeen, Maryland.
