The Harford County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance obtaining information regarding a theft and credit card misuse that occurred on August 20, 2015.
The male suspect, shown here, entered a local coffee shop in the Festival at Bel Air, around 2 p.m. and stole credit cards from the victim’s purse. The suspect positioned his chair directly behind the victim, allowing him to reach into the purse and steal the contents, undetected. The second suspect, a white female, then attempted to use the credit cards at several businesses in the Abingdon area in the hours following the theft.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Harford County Sheriff’s Office.
