Public hearings will be held before the Zoning Hearing Examiner for
CASE NO. 5852: SILVER COASTS CORP. – 529 Trimble Road, Joppa. Variance, proposed for the First Election District, 529 Trimble Road, Joppa, by SILVERCOASTS CORP. Appealed because a variance to Section 267-39H of the Harford County Code, to permit a Forest Retention Area easement to exceed the maximum 25% emcumbrance on two proposed lots (49% and 41% proposed), in an R2 District, requires approval by the Board of Appeals.
