From Maryland State Police:
A Harford County man has been arrested and charged after it was reported he pointed a handgun at another vehicle at the intersection of South Tollgate Gate Road and MD Rt. 24 yesterday morning.
Bradley R. Krueger, 23, of Abingdon, MD was charged with assault – first degree, assault – second degree and reckless endangerment. He was taken before a court commissioner and released on his own recognizance.
The investigation began around 5:30 a.m. yesterday when the JFK Highway Barrack received a call from a person traveling southbound on I-95 who had just been a victim of a road rage incident. The victim described a gray Chevrolet Trailblazer that was previously being driven in an erratic manner on South Tollgate Road. The victim advised that while stopped at the intersection of South Tollgate and MD Rt. 24, the suspect driving the Trailblazer pointed a handgun at him. In fear for his life, the victim sped off from the intersection only to be followed by the suspect, who was continuing to operate his vehicle in an erratic manner.
Both vehicles exited onto southbound I-95 where the suspect then threw an unknown object out of his vehicle striking the victim’s vehicle. The victim was able to slow to a safe distance from the suspect and call police. The victim continued to observe the vehicle while providing updates of its location to responding troopers.
A short time later, the suspect vehicle pulled into a Royal Farms Store on Pulaski Highway in Middle River where troopers were able to locate and apprehend Krueger without further incident. A subsequent search of Krueger’s vehicle revealed a black BB gun that resembled a semi-automatic handgun.

Bradley R. Kruege has 25+ lines on md case search, many of which are from the last 4 weeks.
He’s going to kill someone unless they take him off the road.

Wow. Do you really have such a lonely pathetic life that you look up past offense of some fool you don’t know or will probably never meet in your life? Are you fully subscribed to the National Enquirer and wait anxiously by your mailbox for its delivery/? Some one needs a life. Truly pathetic.
Reality says
MD case search is hardly the national enquirer I’d bet money you appear on it many times.

Just another typical day in good ol’ pleasant Harford County.
Typical driver, typical under 30 year old.
Hard to imagine the psychology and mental anguish to get that upset over a driving event that is so temporary in one’s daily routine.
Of course he represents the common theme of drivers I’ve personally encountered. People passing me on double yellow, shoulder, purposely putting their high beams on as they ride 4 feet from behind my property (vehicle).
I see iny rear view mirror how angry and upset peope get when I have to slow from a 40mph road to turn into my driveway. Middle fingers, their fist beating on the steering wheels, horns honking, yelling. Why am I looking rearward? Just the same as I look forward, to perhaps avoid a collision as all possible.
Everytime I check to make sure a turn signal bulb wasn’t burnt out and it never is.
take back our streets and make them safe again says
The @sswipes are all over. They use our residential street as a cut through to bypass a redlight on the highway. Most are from PA but not all. I stick it to them by obeying the law every chance I get if they are behind me. I go a couple mph below the 30 limit, and I know it really pisses them off. The cops nail the hell out of them with radar but they can’t sit there 24-7. No out of area/state Jackass should get away with coming on to my turf and disrespecting it. If one of them pulls any of that BS rage crap on me, I hope the’re feeling lucky. This society is out of control. If you let them get away with this type of behavior, the roads will be just like the inner city controlled by lawless thugs and decent people are afraid to drive. Kind of a Mad Max scenario.
Pamela says
Many times the driver who doesn’t use his/her directionals, tailgates because they’re too stupid to leave early enough to get to work on time or is driving on a suspended license is the same one trying to harass those drivers following the rules of the road.
I was driving on the beltway in the second lane to the left when a tract trailer drives up behind me and instead of passing me in the acceleration lane which had no one in it, he tailgated me for a few minutes, then moved behind me and then to my right (wtf), driving close to the line, in an attempt to intimidate me. It did the opposite and just made me obstinate so I continued to drive in the lane I was in and he remained there. Later, when I moved over to other lanes as I approached my upcoming exit, he moved to that lane too but since it wasn’t the exit he needed, he left me alone. Can you say nutcase? And he’s behind the wheel of a multi-ton truck!
A Driver Too says
Just a thought, not defending the jerk, but on most interstate and multi-laned roads trucks over 5-10 Tons are limited to the slow and middle lane by law. No excuse to drive that way, but thought you might want to know that. Safe Motoring
Former TT driver says
Not defending him either but it sounds like Pam was intentionally blocking this driver as he is not allowed in what she refers to as the “acceleration lane” Since professional drivers are under many restrictions Pam was taking money away from this driver trying to earn a living. Every mmile he can’t drive in a shift is lost money never to be made up.
Shame on you.

In liberal MD there is no punishment for criminals. This moron will kill or injure someone in the near future and the judicial system will wonder why.
A D Plorable says
In conservative MD everybody can sit with their thumb up their butt and spin. Of course I am all for the idea.

Hedley,
Research via the case search site is usually a lot more interesting and enlightening than the majority of the lame responses posted on this site. As frequently as you post here, I’m rather surprised that you’re implying you haven’t viewed it yourself. The site offers a lot of insight in to how our judicial system operates; the positives and the negatives. Perhaps you should broaden Your horizons.

Some loser has been using my screen name and posting BS, this troll has been waiting for a reaction from me but not going to indulge the troll, This will be my last post under Hedley so going forward any post from Hedley will be from a worthless Piece of Sht. BTW, I have a good idea who this a-hole is.
can't tell the players without a program says
Happens a bunch on this site. Usually it is some ultra right pea brain that posts something like disregard my last post ……… However, I am sure there are limited intellect losers on the left that use the same tactic. Historically the site posts have skewed much more right but that has changed a bit.

In that case, my apologies (no sarcasm) 🙂

Conservatives wet dream. They all can’t wait for someome to point a (replica) firearm at them so they get into a big shootout.

@ NHD
For the record I consider myself a moderate conservative. I was a police officer for almost 35 years and by the grace of God never had to take a life all though in many armed encounters I feel that that action would have been totally justified. In 1980 I was counseled by a Sgt who ordered me to shoot an unarmed burglary suspect fleeing a motorcycle repair shop at night. At that time, MD law allowed a police officer to shoot at any fleeing felon. That was the case until later in the 80’s when the Tennessee vs. Garner was ruled upon. From a moral point of few, I was not going to utilize deadly force for someone breaking in to a building and stealing motorcycle parts. I write this post to ask that you not be so general in your accusations regarding conservatives or for that matter any group of people. That is just my opinion for your consideration.
North Harford Democrat says
You’re right, not every conservative is a gun nut.
The great thing is that our state restricts gun carry by a lot, very few average people can lawfully carry a firearm, even more so that those that have a permit probably have restrictions and those that don’t have restrictions there is a probably a majority that have to return their permit once their employment is up (ie; Correction officers)
I’ll say one thing I wish our correction officers were sworn peace officers like most states. Not really why Maryland is so weird with its county sheriff office correctional officers and basically only allows them a firearm if they are driving a prisoner somewhere.
But hey, I’m sure you can carry a handgun unrestricted and sorry about every else who wishes they could do the same, right?
Vote Blue says
“Good guy with a gun stops a bad guy with a gun.” Blind rhetoric.
As a private citizen, you have no duty to do anything. A question of morality maybe? But not a question of duty if you’re not a Cop.
More guns = more crime.
Vote blue my rear says
I carry everywhere. One day you’ll thank me or someone like me for saving your scared little self. You’re welcome
A D Plorable says
You must be a scared little mouse to feel the need to carry a gun with you every where you go? Do you take it in the shower with you or do you like living on the edge without it for the time it takes to wash behind your ears? Why are you scared?
opinions are like @zzholes says
I don’t think he is scared. You don’t hold the monopoly on the second amendment either. It sounds like you might be trying to compensate for something little and scared yourself.
A D Plorable says
Nope, I can walk and drive all over Harford County without a weapon…can you imagine? I am not against weapons at all, so I am not a threat to any amendment, Just wondering why someone feels like they must carry a gun with them at all times.
Why can’t he answer his own questions, do you shake it for him when he is done peeing too?
Vote blue my rear says
Because it is my second amendment right. If the thugs and criminals are armed I want as many good people to be too. I’m the only one responsible for protecting my family, my property and myself.
SoulCrusher says
The “Right to Keep and Bear Arms” was already in existence long before the 2nd Amendment was written as it was already codified in the English Common Law in 1689. The 2nd Amendment was designed to no other effect except to restrict the Federal Government, to preserve a well regulated militia and to allow you to protect yourself and your family in your HOME. Not so you can carry a gun everywhere you go and perform vigilante justice whenever you see fit. Just for the record, ALL laws passed that disallow any person whom is a member of a “protestant” faith to carry a gun are both unconstitutional and illegal as according to English Common Law. Read the history of the “Right to Bear Arms”, it’s very interesting indeed…. Yes, you read it right, it was a right granted to members of a certain faith…..
SoulCrusher says
In all reality, if you are a member of the “protestant” faith and have been barred from owning a gun, it could be construed as both a violation of your 1st and 2nd Amendment rights…..
Vote Blue says
Not sure where the implication of myself being “scared” came from? Why don’t you tell me?
You people will never get away from the “gun nut” stigma as examples are clearly posted here.
