Description of Proposed Development: Construct a new Royal Farms store with gas pumps
Why put a Royal Farm at the corner of Mountain Rd and Rt 40 when there is another one 2 more miles up Mountain Rd? Also, would they close the store on Joppa Farm Rd?
Same question, especially since they JUST remodeled that one. They tore it down and re-did everything. maybe 6 months ago??
Putting 1 on either side of the WAWA that is impossible to get to from southbound 152 is pure genius.
