Partial Human Remains Found in Joppatowne House and Dumpster; Suspect Charged with Murder and Assault

May 30, 2012 By Dagger News Service 24 Comments

From the Harford County Sheriff’s Office:

On Friday May 25, 2012 Kujoe Bonsafo Agyei- Kodie was reported missing from his residence located at 535 Terrapin Terrace in Joppatowne, MD. During the course of investigation regarding the missing person, Agyei-Kodie, Harford County Sheriff’s Office detectives located evidence that led them to believe a crime had been committed.

Harford County Sheriff’s Office deputies executed a search and seizure warrant in the early morning hours on Wednesday, May 30, 2012 at 535 Terrapin Terrace in Joppatowne, MD. Detectives discovered partial human remains in the residence and in a dumpster located off of Trimble Road,

While positive identification of the human remains must be confirmed by the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, investigators have strong suspicions that the remains are those of the missing person, Kujoe Bonsafo Agyei-Kodie.

Harford County Sheriff’s Office detectives have charged Alexander Kinyua, age 21, of 535 Terrapin Terrace, Joppatowne MD with 1st degree murder, 1st degree assault and 2nd degree assault. Kinyua is currently being housed at the Harford County Detention Center awaiting an initial appearance before the District Court Commissioner.

It’s off of Trimble road between old Joppa road and garnet. It is a one street neighborhood of town homes.

Partial remains? So he cut him up, and scattered the parts about town! Where did they find the parts in the house…in the freezer or the cooking pot??

Are you sure? I am waiting for the rest of the story, and while it could be gruesome, it is what it is.

I have a sneaking suspicion it’ll be pretty gruesome when the whole story comes out….just a haunch.

What is going on is really very simple. One man kills another and then eats some of his victims body parts. According to Sheriff Bane the accused man has admitted to eating his victims heart and brains. Doesn’t happen very often, but its not the first time this has happened, and probably won’t be the last.

Kudos to all of the HCSO personnel who worked in solving this outrageous and despicable crime.

Let’s not rush to judgment, folks. This could be a Sharia Law deal, so this seemingly serious incident could end up being perfectly understandable. People, can’t we all just get along?

I was refering to tolerance for people of other religions. The impliction is that dismemberment and cannabalism are to be expected from practicing Muslims.

Of course. The i and the u are next to each other on the keyboard. Interesting how some posters quibble with other’s minor spelling errors rather than addressing the issue- known as “begging the question” in Logic 101.

Terrible. Just terrible. Surprises me every once in awhile that such violent acts can be done in Harford County. Also, it IS true that he also ate part of the remains of the victim. Kinyua has admitted to everything.

Why? because Hazzard County is special and things like that don’t happen around here?

Used to live in a different, and dangerous, neighborhood. As I have lived here, not a lot of violent things happen. Its not special I suppose, but different to what I usually see.
