Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE) has scheduled a public information hearing on: Application by Maryland Transportation Authority (MdTA) for a Nontidal Wetland and Waterways Permit connected to the I-95 Section 200 plan.
Meeting Date/Time: Wednesday June 26, 2013 – project plans will be on display from 6:30 to 7:00 pm, the public hearing begins promptly at 7:00.
Meeting Location: Abingdon Fire Hall, Station 1, 3306 Abingdon Rd, Abingdon
I-95 Section 200 is from Route 43 in White Marsh to Route 22 in Aberdeen.

The public information hearing allows the applicant and interested persons the opportunity to present facts and make statements for or against the granting of the permit(s).
Only those comments pertinent to the areas regulated by the Maryland Department of the Environment will be considered in the decision to grant or deny authorization for the project.
