From Harford County government:
Harford County Executive David R. Craig, Director Russell J. Strickland, members of the Cabinet, local, state and federal officials, as well as members of the public safety community, will officially “break ground” for the new state-of-the-art Harford County Department of Emergency Services facility this weekend. The new facility will be home to the Harford County 911 Center, the Emergency Operations Center, and the Hazardous Materials Response Team.
