How exciting to see the GOP reaching out to our youth, these are the future constituents needed to pursue and support our Constitutional rights. The students of today’s public school system are being taught so little of the Founding Fathers’ intentions properly and our history is being slowly, subversively “rewritten.” I hope that this will provide an opportunity for the youth to be “reacquainted” with our founding documents and instructed in their maintenance and enforcement.
There is not a statement as to “age or grade requirements” in this release…is there a minimum age?
Ms. Ranken,
We don’t have a minimum age established — I hope to be able to find a way for people of all ages to help the cause 🙂
You are right on with your points, and there is a neat organization that is starting up called New Renaissance in Education. Check them out at http://www.NRIE.org

Google “NRIE” to find more information. The Dagger holds up comments with URLs in them. They aspire to write an all-new curriculum for American schools that teaches about what makes America great.
The founder is former teacher from Montgomery County, MD, where he saw his daughter’s classes teaching admiration for communism and condemnation of American principals like private property and individualism.
This internship will be a good thing for the community. People should apply ASAP!
