The Bel Air Town Commissioners are proposing an administrative fee to recover costs incurred for billing and construction management of storm water pond repairs for Homeowner’s Associations.
Resolution No. 973-12 would amend the town’s fee schedule to add a billing/construction management fee of “$30/property owner/year billed.” The full fee schedule can be found in the proposed ordinance.
The town commissioners are also considering an ordninance Monday which would amend the town’s zoning code and development regulations to provide for an additional one-half story in the B-2 district for buildings up to 55 feet, allow for alternative front yard setback to be from edge of curb, for corner lots to adhere to front yard setback requirements for one frontage only, andto provide for a reduced parking requirement for residential uses in the B-2, B-2A and B-3A districts. The full extent of the proposed amendments can be found in Ordinance No. 748-12 – Development Regulations Amendments.
Also Monday night, the town commissioners will make an award of tax-exempt financing on S. Main Street and approve reappointments to the Cultural Arts and Historic Preservation Commissions.
