(Harford County, MD – February 24, 2009) – Harford County Sheriff’s deputies are investigating an assault that occurred in the 2400 block of Rocks Road, Forest Hill, MD on February 18, 2009.
Deputies determined that at approximately 6:30 a.m. a 46 year old female resident went outside to start her car when she was confronted and assaulted by an unknown subject. Moments later her boyfriend noticed she had not returned and started to look for her.
Once outside he located the victim laying on the ground with her clothes in disarray and suffering from an assault, he then called 911. It is believed the subject may have visited the home a week before looking for the boyfriend; however, he is not known to either the victim or the victim’s boyfriend.
The victim was treated at the scene by members of the Bel Air Volunteer Fire Department and transported to Upper Chesapeake Medical Center.
The suspect is described as a white male, 6’0” with black hair and a black mustache. A composite sketch of the subject may be viewed on our website, www.harfordsheriff.org.
