Second Warrant Issued In July 4th Aberdeen Murder

(Aberdeen, Maryland) July 4, 2009- Aberdeen Police are investigating a homicide that occurred early this morning. At about 3:00 AM officers responded to an apartment on Pritchard Ave. for a reported shooting. Arriving officers found a black male suffering from a gunshot wound. The male was pronounced dead at the scene. The name of the victim is being held pending notification of next of kin.

Police are looking for two black male suspects that fled the scene in a black Audi displaying a New York tag- ERV5831. Occupants of this vehicle should be considered armed and dangerous.

Update: July 8, 2009 – the victim of the homicide that occurred on July 4th has been identified as 25-year-old Timothy Avery Weatherly of the Bronx New York.

Arrests warrants have been issued for two suspects.
