The Harford County Sheriff’s Office is seeking assistance in locating Hubert Riffe, Jr. 50, seen here in the included photo. Mr. Riffe has been missing since early March and was last seen at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air wearing a long sleeve blue shirt, blue jeans, and brown boots. Mr. Riffe resides in the 1300 block of Harford Square Drive, Edgewood, MD.
