LNG Opposition Team Hosts Public Information Meeting in Fallston

Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) / AES Sparrows Point LNG, LLC/ Mid – Atlantic Express Pipeline, LLC (hereafter referred to as AES Project) Project Status from 2008 thru Present

There has not been any further Public Meetings for this proposed AES Project since June 2008. The FERC will not hold any more Public Outreach functions since their issuance of the Final Authorization Permit on January 15, 2009.

Therefore, the LNG Opposition Team feels that the Public has the right to know the status of this proposed AES Project; the past from 2008 thru 2009; the present from 01-15-2009 thru to the Present 2010; and finally, the future in 2010 and forward.

You are cordially invited to attend any or all of the following three scheduled Public Meetings. We are sure you may have unanswered issues or questions concerning this proposed FERC/AES Project, for which FERC has ceased voluntary Public Outreach efforts.
