From Harford County government:
The Harford County Department of Public Works has announced the temporary road closure of Dixie Drive at Virginia Avenue in Bel Air. The closure will occur on or about July 1, 2010, and will remain closed for approximately seven weeks for culvert repair. Please make alternative arrangements if you normally travel this roadway.
The Harford County Department of Public Works has also announced that the following roads will be closed to traffic on or about July 12, 2010 for approximately four months for the construction of a roundabout: Wheel Road between MacPhail Road and Maryland Route 924, and Laurel Bush Road between Maryland Route 924 and Hookers Mill Road. Please make alternative arrangements if you normally travel these roads.
