Christen Callon of the Office of Budget and Management Research has been chosen as the Employee of the Month for December 2010. Mrs. Callon was nominated by Laura Dahl of the Division of Information and Communication Technology.

Mrs. Dahl stated, “Christen goes above and beyond to help others. If she does not have the answer she will point you in the right direction. Whenever I’ve had questions, Christen is a great resource.”
Mrs. Callon has been an employee of Harford County Government for nearly seven years and serves as a Management Analyst with the Office of Budget and Management Research. Prior to coming to Harford County Government, Mrs. Callon worked for three years at Towson University in the Development Office.
When asked what she likes most about her job, Mrs. Callon replied “the people I get to work with both in my office and in Harford County Government.” Commenting on her selection as Employee of the Month for December 2010, Mrs. Callon stated, “I am thankful to Laura Dahl for the nomination and am grateful that we all come together to work as team for the overall good.”
“Christen is an outstanding young county employee who’s dedication and service speaks highly of the staff of the Office of Budget and Management Research,” stated County Executive David R. Craig. “We are delighted Christen is part of our team and look forward to her continued service with Harford County Government,” Craig remarked.
