From the Maryland State Police, Bel Air Barracks:
The Maryland State Police – Bel Air and the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office in Louisiana, is asking for help in identifying several subjects responsible for credit card fraud in Harford County. Transactions were posted to the victim’s Capital One Debit Card starting on Dec. 3. The fraudulent transactions occurred at the following: Mars Supermarket in Edgewood, Rite Aid in Joppa, WaWa in Aberdeen, Sheetz in Joppa, and the Shell gas station on Pulaski Highway in Edgewood, MD.
